 Ryan O’Quinn has more than twenty-five years experience in the entertainment industry and is CEO of Damascus Road Media Group and President of Damascus Road Productions. He has created, produced and starred in content across all mediums since 1996 and currently leads a team of experts to curate, develop, acquire and produce commercially-viable film and television content in the faith and family vertical at STX Entertainment. 

Previously OQuinn served as a National Marketing Director of Compassion International, the world’s largest holistic child-development organization. From Hollywood he developed marketing strategies that saw double-digit year over year growth including the largest increase in 63 years and helped grow the company to more than one billion dollars in annual revenue. 

O’Quinn authored the #1 best-selling book Parenting Rules: The Hilarious Handbook for Surviving Parenthood which reached number one in six Amazon categories including “Fastest-selling”, “Parenting”, “Parenting Humor” and “Relationships”. At debut, it was the #3 overall best-selling humor book on Amazon.  O’Quinn followed up with a second book, the acclaimed Marriage Rules: The Hilarious Handbook for Surviving Marriage. 

Along with his wife, O’Quinn is co-owner of Integrity Releasing, a distribution company dedicated to distributing content in the family genre via theatrical releases and streaming platforms. 

O’Quinn is a member of the Producers Guild of America  and the Screen Actors Guild - American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. He also serves on various boards including The Board of Trustees at Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, CA as well as an Advisory Council Member of the Institute of Arts & Innovation at the school. 

Ryan O’Quinn lives in Los Angeles with his wife, producer Heather O’Quinn, and their three children. 

Heather O'Quinn is a film and television producer who has made her mark in the entertainment industry through her exceptional talent and dedication to quality filmmaking. Her passion for producing high-quality faith and family content has earned her widespread recognition and respect in the industry. Heather is the co-owner and co-founder of Damascus Road Productions in Los Angeles, which has been instrumental in producing several award-winning films as well as Integrity Releasing, a distribution solution for independent faith and family films. 

With her experience and expertise in the industry, Heather has served as a lead producer on multiple feature films, including the most-celebrated faith film of 2022, "Paul's Promise". Heather received the prestigious PGA mark on the upcoming feature film "Little Angels" starring Dean Cain. Heather was also the driving force and lead producer on the critically-honored "Bringing Back Christmas," released in 2023.

After attending Brooks Institute of Photography and working as a photojournalist and editorial photographer for over twenty years, her transition into film producing brought her passion for creative expression and her expertise in the business side of entertainment together, earning her and Damascus Road a studio deal with STX Entertainment.  Her unwavering determination to support and connect other like-minded, talented individuals  have made her an indispensable figure within her company and the industry. Heather continues to raise the bar in the entertainment industry with  exceptional skills, integrity and unwavering commitment to excellence.

She lives in Los Angeles  with her husband, producer Ryan O’Quinn and their three children.

Taylor Cole has built a steady career in the entertainment industry, working consistently as a writer, producer, and creative executive. His passion for storytelling and dedication to the craft

have led to a successful career, marked by collaborations with accomplished names in both film and television.

As a writer and producer, Taylor has contributed to numerous critically acclaimed films and series', having worked for prominent companies such as Hulu, Universal Studios, and Sony

Pictures, with recent collaborations involving notable industry figures such as Rick McCallum (Producer of Star Wars: Episodes I - VI), David Henrie (Wizards of Waverly Place), Bryan Callen (Mad TV), Dean Cain (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman), and Helena Mattsson

(Tacoma FD), among others.

His well-rounded understanding of the entertainment world, spanning from development to distribution, sets him apart as a valuable and multifaceted professional. With an unwavering

commitment to storytelling, a focus on quality and a diverse skill set, Taylor continues to make a significant impact in the entertainment industry, poised for continued achievements in the

future.

 Dawn Dao is a graduate of Woodbury University with a marketing background and has served in various capacities in the entertainment industry including costume design. Among her producer credits are “Paul’s Promise”, "Little Angels" and “Bringing Back Christmas”. 

Dawn has extensive experience in independent film distribution and has run marketing campaigns for Damascus's Integrity Releasing 

She also oversees facilities management and is a creative executive within the company as the primary liaison for Integrity Releasing and Damascus Road Productions. 

Chris Woolsey has been working in marketing and PR for over a decade in both the tech and entertainment worlds. Beginning his career as a founding member of the Orange County tech startup MobilePayUSA which won the 2010 TechCrunch Disrupt StartUp Alley Award, Chris moved on to become a founding member of the tech/entertainment startup hybrid Pivotshare, the world’s first open source TVOD platform with clients such as celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels, Gold’s Gym, and Daiwa.

When Pivotshare was acquired by media conglomerate Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment, Chris became the spokesman for their four free streaming brands, Crackle, Redbox, Popcornflix, and Chicken Soup for the Soul giving interviews every month with outlets such as Den of Geek, Sports Byline, and Later With Mo’Kelly.

Chris currently leads PR and marketing efforts for Damascus Road Productions and its distribution arm, Integrity Releasing.

Chris has a passion for people and storytelling that comes across in everything he does.

Ashley Williams Allen's expertise in producing captivating television experiences has contributed to the success of some of the industry's highest-rated series, including "America's Got Talent," "The Bachelor," "Dancing with the Stars," and "Hell's Kitchen.” 

Ashley  is currently the executive producer and showrunner of Magnolia Network's highly successful series "Happy to be Home”. 

With a career spanning nearly two decades in various roles in film and television content, Ashley has consistently delivered exceptional content to primetime audiences, having produced for ABC, NBC, FOX, and CBS.

She currently leads the unscripted development team with an eye on content that is focused on a family audience. 

Josef Cannon is a multiple award winning actor, writer, director and producer, known for Chief of Station, A La Carte, Route 187, Hell Hath No Fury, White Elephant, Paul's Promise, Debt Collector 2, Three Bars and Snowfall. 

Born in Chicago, Josef now resides in Los Angeles and Atlanta and serves on the Creative Development team at Damascus Road to curate high-quality family content in the feature film space for the studio. 

His eye for excellent content starts with the written word and ultimately produces content for the company as well as his own company, CannonVision Productions. 

Claire Margaret Corlett currently  oversees the podcast facility, producing duties and editorial for Damascus Road's sister company, Westlake Podcast, including producing the popular series Riggle's Picks, starring Rob Riggle.

Corlett has been in the entertainment industry since the age of 5. Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Corlett's first notable role in animation was voicing Sally Brown in the "Peanuts Motion Comics". She next voiced Tiny Pteranodon in "Dinosaur Train" (2009-2020). Corlett also voiced Dizzy, the tilting drum cement mixer in the American dub of "Bob the Builder".  

On the screen, Claire made her debut performance as Frank in Hallmark's, "Smart Cookies" at age thirteen. She fell in love with TV and Film and has continued to pursue a career beyond animation. 

In 2022, Corlett married fellow voice actor Gabriel  Brown aka BlackGryph0n.  

Off of the mic, she works as a video editor for various YouTube channels - "Black Gryph0n", amassing over 5 million subscribers, as well as the "Riggle's Picks" podcast.
